Dazzled with all kinds of fancy balloon from around the world, the Pattaya International Ballon Fiesta is back.
Many participants from around the world including the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Japan, UAE, Netherlands, Belgium, India and Malaysia will be showing off their breathe-taking fancy balloon.
The Pattaya International Balloon Fiesta, now in its third year, builds international awareness of Thailand, showcasing the wonderful weather conditions for balloon flying.
